  • Proven experience in project management with strong exposure to application development projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to closure.
  • PMP-trained professional with solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, capable of driving iterative development cycles, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Skilled in client coordination, acting as the primary point of contact to understand requirements, address concerns, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experienced in end-to-end management of client projects including scope definition, resource planning, risk assessment, execution, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Competent in tracking and reporting project status to stakeholders through dashboards, progress reports, and review meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Adept at ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, while mitigating risks and managing change requests effectively.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, design, operations) to drive productivity, resolve blockers, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Focused on continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, applying best practices, and aligning with organizational standards to achieve operational excellence.
