**Asst. Sales and Marketing Executive (Females),4 Star Hotel, 2-5 yrs exp,Kochi**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on hotel services and packages.
- Maintain and update the customer database to track leads and bookings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.**:

- Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in marketing approaches.
- Familiarity with the local market and competitors in the hospitality industry.

**Salary package - Rs. 30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- per month**

**Day shift only**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality management: 1 year (preferred)
