We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our firm. We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in maintaining customer relations, and generating leads offline. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong communication skill, a passion for sales and explore new work sites.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Visit work sites and generate genuine leads.
- Daily sales and location visit report.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with customers to accomplish growth.
- Setup client meetings.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Build relationships with potential clients, brokers and generate leads.
- Achieve sales target.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2 years of experience in field marketing or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to attend events and meetings.

**Supplemental pay types**:

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Kottayam, Malappuram, Calicut, Pathanamthitta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
