Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of the Firm. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enable the Director to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents with discretion.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups across departments.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and ensure timely completion of action items.


  • • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and documentation.

  • • Anticipate the Director's needs and provide solutions proactively.
  • • Handle confidential information with integrity.

  • • Ensure smooth office and administrative functions aligned with the Director's vision.

  • Desired Skills & Competencies

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools for communication & scheduling.
  • • Professional demeanor, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • • Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and client interactions.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • • 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Coordinator (experience in architecture, design, or construction firms will be an added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
