Role & responsibilities :

  • Familiar with Secure Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology.
  • Measuring and monitoring release progress to achieve a timely software release within defined quality standards
  • Process, Reviews and SLAs master; ensure each project complies with the process adopted for the respective project, all project reporting happens in timely manner, and all SLAs are met and reported to client and executive management in timely order with deviations retimed well ahead.
  • Work with executive management, Product management, team leaders / engineering managers to develop and ensure standards are maintained, specifically in the areas of quality assurance, delivery and training.
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective)
  • Tracking and reporting metrics (project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues, test scripts, test results)
  • Ensure the checklist for the Release deployment is met.
  • Compose and validate Release Notes at the end of each release.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Must be able to support existing projects as assigned
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with PMO and other project stakeholders
  • Organizing and scheduling TechTalks, to be delivered by team.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Other duties as assigned.
