We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 8 to 20 years of experience in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Facilitate all aspects of Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlogs refinements, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile practices.
  • Coach and guide team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and impediments to Agile adoption.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development life cycle, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously, demonstrating expertise in scaled Agile practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and experience running all five Scrum ceremonies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate collaboratively.
  • Experience working with Product Owners and coaching team members on Agile principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on continuous improvement and delivery.
