Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant Manager, based in Silvassa. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure processes and procedures are followed, and manage team performance to meet company goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, analyzing reports, identifying areas for improvement, providing solutions, and assisting in decision-making processes to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations Management, Team Coordination, and Process Optimization
  • Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of the electrical or plastics manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a strong advantage
