Roles and Responsibilities

  • Forecasting financial results & Overseeing the budgets.
  • Conducting risk management and allocating resources and managing finances.
  • Recommending cost reduction strategies by ensuring that an effective system of financial and operational controls is in place and is working as intended.
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
  • Assisting with quarterly financial reporting - including drafting and reviewing by administering strict timeline.
  • Managing transaction accounting, the closing process, and other financial controls.
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
  • Overseeing General Ledger functions; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices.
  • Acting as a liaison to external auditing firms, while owning primary responsibility for the Companys views on technical accounting matters.
  • Direct ongoing work process assessments and identify and implement improvements to policies, procedures, internal controls, and tools that realize greater operating efficiencies and enhanced productivity.
  • Ensuring that an effective system of financial and operational controls is in place and is working as intended.
  • Develops positive, high performing and collaborative team to ensure that services and requirements are being met or exceeded.
  • Supervising & Monitoring MIS related activities.
  • Supervising and ensuring correctness of statutory books of accounts fixed asset register, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time/accuracy norms with help of shared services center.
  • Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, forecast and advice to management.
