Each SBU holds a strong market position, such as Nesco Realty which develops and leases high-end, Platinum LEED-Certified office towers, and Nesco Foods, a major non-flight kitchen provider in Mumbai. Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) is recognized as one of India's leading exhibition venues, hosting over 200 events annually.

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our expanding team in the Realty Business vertical.

Job Description Senior Architect:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to interpret requirements and develop effective design solutions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and uphold quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress, resolve design-related queries, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning requirements, and industry norms.
  • Participate in client meetings and project presentations as needed.

Key Responsibilities at Nesco :

  • Lead the creation and development of architectural concepts, space planning, and schematic designs.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of detailed design development and construction documentation..

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • [12+] years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution.
  • Proficient in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and local codes/regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect
  • Previous work in [residential/commercial/hospitality/urban planning
  • Project management experience is a plus.
