Job Profile: SR Data Analyst

Required Experience: 7+ Yrs or Above

Preferred Location: Bangalore - WFO

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and data extraction, with the ability to work on relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Python/R /R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and experience working with large datasets across multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good understanding of working in an Agile development environment, with exposure to collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure Boards, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
