Job Title: Data Integration Support Team Supervisor India
We are looking for a proactive Support Team Supervisor to lead a team of specialists handling data integrations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in Windows server environments, SQL, SFTP, and scripting, along with proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams. The Supervisor will oversee data ingestion feeds, operational processes, issue resolution, and new tool setups, ensuring uptime, performance, and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data/system support specialists.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in homegrown tools, servers, and data ingestion processes.
- Act as an escalation point for critical technical issues.
- Oversee setup of new data integrations and ensure proper documentation.
- Establish operational processes to ensure uptime and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in IT/data system support, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers, scripting, SFTP, authentication methods.
- Working knowledge of SQL (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Hands-on with MS SQL Server, ETL, file transfer technologies, automation/orchestration tools.
- Experience driving operational efficiency and system reliability.
