  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to Mortantra SOPs.
  • Manage a team of 2–4 sales associates, set daily goals, and review performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product storytelling to create memorable in-store experiences.
  • Supervise visual merchandising, product display, and stock upkeep as per brand guidelines.
  • Conduct daily sales reporting and weekly reconciliation with Head Office.
  • Coordinate with HO for stock rotation, replenishment, and custom orders.
  • Handle local walk-ins, influencer visits, and special appointments professionally.
  • Train and motivate staff on sales etiquette, brand story, and upselling techniques.
  • Ensure the store meets cleanliness, ambience, and presentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
