**About the Role

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can develop and execute content plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The role requires a mix of creative storytelling, audience insight, and data-driven decision-making to craft campaigns that resonate across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities


• Strategy & Planning


• Define target audiences and create tailored messaging for each segment.


• Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.


• Design content calendars across multiple platforms (social media, website, campaigns).


• Ensure content is aligned with the brand's voice, values, and positioning.


• Content Development


• Generate innovative content ideas and formats (videos, blogs, infographics, social posts, campaigns).


• Draft creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards for production teams.


• Guide designers, writers, and creators to bring strategies to life.


• Execution & Optimization


• Oversee publishing schedules and ensure timely execution of campaigns.


• Track and analyze content performance across platforms.


• Recommend improvements and optimizations to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.


• Collaboration & Alignment


• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, HR, product, or sales depending on need).


• Ensure content supports broader brand, marketing, and business objectives.


• Lead review and brainstorming sessions to evolve the content approach.

Key Skills & Qualifications


• 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, or brand communication.


• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.


• Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement tactics.


• Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical insights.


• Skilled at collaborating with creative teams (designers, videographers, writers).


• Familiarity with content performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).

Nice to Have


• Experience in employer branding, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.


• Knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies.


• Hands-on exposure to design/visual tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
