Location : Hyderabad - WFO

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates from premium institutes (IITs/NITs) with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to build innovative solutions for real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for various applications.
  • Work on Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for NLP, CV, and other domains.
  • Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
  • Implement RAG pipelines for knowledge-intensive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT/NIT or other premium institutes (Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields).
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Understanding of LLMs and RAG architectures.
  • Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical foundations (linear algebra, probability, statistics).

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management.
  • Participation in AI/ML competitions (Kaggle, etc.) or research publications.
