Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing architectural design and project management while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid model, collaborating both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Design Leadership: Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Construction Management: Supervise the execution of architectural projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and visions, translating these into feasible design solutions and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in architecture within the real estate or construction industry, with a focus on project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture (B. Arch)
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of addressing complex architectural challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
