Job Description

We are hiring a Senior STIBO STEP MDM Consultant with strong experience in STIBO STEP Version 11 for an onsite role in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and leading MDM/PIM projects across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize STIBO STEP Version 11 MDM/PIM solutions.
  • Develop data models, workflows, user interfaces, and business rules in the STIBO platform.
  • Integrate STIBO with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, eCommerce, and data lake systems.
  • Define and implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality processes.
  • Perform data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance STIBO STEP (Version 11) performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams, data architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on STIBO STEP MDM/PIM implementation and development experience.
  • Strong working experience with STIBO STEP Version 11 (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, and STIBO customization frameworks.
  • Experience integrating STIBO with ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product, customer, and supplier data domains.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • STIBO STEP certification (Version 11 preferred).
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with DAM integrations and eCommerce syndication.

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
  • Note: Immediate joiners or those who can join within 2 weeks will be given preference.
