Mahukaa is a contemporary women's wear brand under Duckman Studio Pvt. Ltd., known for its elegant designs, quality craftsmanship, and modern aesthetic rooted in Indian traditions. We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new seasonal collections in alignment with the brand's vision and market trends.
  • Coordinate with pattern masters to create khaka (design sketches and patterns).
  • Manage sampling, fabric selection, and garment construction processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Prepare design articles and concepts for lookbooks and photoshoots.
  • Oversee styling and coordination during model shoots.
  • Research emerging trends, materials, and techniques to bring innovation to designs.
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors, artisans, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

3- 5 years of experience in women's wear design.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and trend forecasting.
  • Proficiency in sketching, draping, and garment construction.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and surface ornamentation.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
