The
Business System Senior Manager
will be based in Hyderabad, Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the
Steel Supply Chain Strategy Senior Director
. The Sr Manager will lead the business system related developments for the steel Supply Chain Strategy, act as a subject matter expect and drive the adoption of innovative solutions for the group. You will be supported by a team of business analysts.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

• Work with the steel supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs
• Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents
• Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process
• Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
• Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team
• Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team

Here Is Some Of What You'll Need (required)…

• Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain-oriented business system required
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
• Management skills
• Fluent oral and written communications in English
• Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
• Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
• Autonomous

Here Are a Few Of Our Preferred Experiences…

• Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems
• Experience working in an international environment
