The team works closely together to make every event memorable — from the first enquiry to the last guest leaving happy.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Venue Manager who can take full ownership of client servicing and overall guest experience.

You'll be the first point of contact for all enquiries — from giving venue tours and explaining packages to following up, negotiating, and closing bookings.

Beyond sales, you'll also ensure the on-ground experience runs smoothly — managing the housekeeping and support staff to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready venue at all times.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, enjoys interacting with clients, and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all client enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct venue tours and explain packages, facilities, and services clearly.
  • Follow up with leads and close bookings independently.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for event handovers and client requirements.
  • Supervise staff before and during events — ensure clean washrooms, tidy halls, and stocked pantry.
  • Maintain venue readiness and visual appeal at all times.
  • Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and bookings through Zoho / Excel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event planners and repeat clients.
  • Support in vendor coordination and event-day troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, banquet sales, or event management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and confident presence during client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries.
  • Basic understanding of operations, housekeeping, and client servicing standards.
  • Comfortable working weekends and event hours (with compensatory weekly off).
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives
