We're looking for a proactive and ambitious
Founder's Office Intern
(AI and Founders' Office Generalist) to work directly with our Founder and CEO. This unique role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across various facets of the business, providing invaluable insights into the operations and strategic initiatives of a growing company. If you're eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

The role also demands and offers several process, design, and innovation solutions with the use of 
Gen AI,
 which is available so very well these days.

Baner, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Support:
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Conduct competitive analysis to help us stay ahead in the industry.

• Research & Analysis:

• Dive deep into industry trends and market opportunities.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights.

• Support budgeting and financial analysis efforts.

• Operational Excellence:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions.

• Increase efficiency in self, function and overall team using AI.

• Project Management & Product Development:

• Assist in product brainstorming sessions and gather user feedback.

• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones.

• Communication, Collaboration & Stakeholder Relations:

• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between the Founder, internal teams, and external partners.

• Build and maintain relationships with partners and community members.

• Data Management & Analytics:

• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.

• Utilize analytics tools to support decision-making.

• Founder Support:

• Assist in coordinating schedules and prioritizing tasks.
• Support various ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.

Qualification

• Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ambitious with a go-getter attitude.
