Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CTO by managing schedules, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Diary Management

  • Manage and optimize executive schedules, including prioritizing appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective time management.
  • Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively adjust to accommodate changing priorities.

2. Administrative & Day-to-Day Support

  • Provide end-to-end administrative assistance, including handling correspondence, arranging internal and external meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups as required.

3. Communication Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and aligned with organizational standards.

4. Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

5. Office Operations Support

  • Assist with general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with administrative teams to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Support cross-functional communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience in diary/calendar management, correspondence handling, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Strength: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Note: This role entails reporting to both the CEO and CTO, requiring close collaboration with both executives and their respective teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the organization and ensuring the executives' schedules run smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
