A Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns and projects. This role blends marketing expertise with project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Campaign Coordination: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).

Team Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, developers, and marketing strategists.

Client/Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools (like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track performance and optimize efforts.

Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

Risk Management: Identify issues early and mitigate risks to project success.

Essential Skills:

Project management (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies)

Digital marketing platforms and tools

Strong communication and leadership

Time management and multitasking

Data analysis and reporting

Preferred Background:

Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads, HubSpot, clickup
