Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

  • Contribute to the creation of digital platform growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to draft structured plans for scaling business operations and digital reach.

2. Project Planning

  • Assist in creating detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, operations, and design teams.
  • Prepare documentation, status updates, and progress reports to ensure smooth communication.

3. Execution & Monitoring

  • Actively participate in executing growth plans across projects.
  • Track project milestones and ensure tasks are delivered on time.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and suggest solutions proactively.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to evaluate success and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
