Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure payroll accuracy calculate salaries and deductions; manage timely disbursement.
- Oversee attendance tracking and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR/payroll systems.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with strict confidentiality and compliance.
- Develop, update, and communicate policies and handbooks in line with labor regulations.
- Serve as a trusted HR liaison address employee concerns, support grievance resolution, and foster inclusive culture.
- Collaborate across various departments to optimize HR/admin workflows and support audit preparedness.
Education Qualification
MBA HR/ MSW HR
Experience
0 - 1 years in Human Resource / Admin (Only Male)

- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and diligent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Terms and Conditions:
- Three years Commitment will be mentioned in the Appointment letter.
- Salary/Stipend will be as follows.
a. Rs. 19,000/ Month on CTC basis. (Include the deductions)
b. Yearly increment will be provided based on your performance. - Working location will be Chennai.
