Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, optimized, and scalable data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SSIS.
  • Optimize existing SSIS packages for performance and efficiency.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Work with large datasets to transform and cleanse data for analytics and reporting.
  • Perform data migration and integration across multiple databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong SSIS experience with SSIS optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server / T-SQL.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize them for performance.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Power BI, Azure Data Factory, or other BI tools.
  • Understanding of metadata management and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
