Role Overview
The Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving successful onboarding, enablement, and sustained adoption of Apsona products. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to ensure users achieve measurable value through effective configuration, training, and ongoing usage of Apsona's capabilities across data management, reporting, automation, and document workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Enablement & Adoption
- Lead customer onboarding, kickoff calls, and structured enablement sessions across Apsona products.
- Guide customers through end-to-end workflows including data imports, deduplication, reporting (SSR/MSR), scheduler, grids, document generation, and automation.
- Assess customer maturity and tailor enablement plans from foundational setup to advanced use cases.
- Identify adoption blockers early and proactively recommend solutions and best practices.
Product Expertise & Solution Design
- Act as a subject matter expert on Apsona functionality, permissions, and Salesforce integration.
- Design customer-specific solutions that align product capabilities with business outcomes.
- Validate configurations in sandbox and guide safe promotion to production environments.
- Advise on license usage, role-based access, and governance models.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
- Deliver high-quality, customer-ready sessions, documentation, and recordings.
- Ensure enablement deliverables are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with customer goals.
- Track progress against enablement milestones and adoption success criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Implementation, Support, Product, and Sales teams to align on customer strategy.
- Share customer feedback, feature requests, and adoption insights with internal stakeholders.
- Support escalations by translating customer challenges into actionable product guidance.
Adoption Measurement & Insights
- Monitor product usage, engagement, and adoption signals.
- Surface insights related to feature utilization, workflow efficiency, and expansion readiness.
- Contribute to executive account snapshots and leadership-facing adoption updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SaaS product adoption, customer enablement, or implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Experience delivering live training, workshops, or enablement sessions.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Adoption, Customer Success, Implementation, Enablement, or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment
- Background in implementation consulting, customer success, or technical enablement.
- Familiarity with data management, reporting, and automation workflows
- Comfort working with sandbox vs production environments and change governance.
Success Metrics
- Time-to-value for new customers.
- Adoption and usage growth across key Apsona features.
- Reduction in support escalations due to configuration or usage gaps.
- Customer satisfaction scores from enablement sessions.
- Readiness of customers to scale usage and expand licenses.
