We are looking for a
Social Media Manager
who not only knows how to manage platforms but also understands
strategy, audience growth, and paid campaigns
.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement
    social media strategies
    aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage and grow presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content (in collaboration with the design/creative team).
  • Run
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
    – campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, features, and best practices.
  • (Bonus)
    Handle
    client communication and approvals
    – ensure smooth flow between clients and the creative team.

Who can apply:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in
    social media management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    social media strategy and audience engagement
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager
    (campaign setup and optimization).
  • Knowledge of content trends, reels, hashtags, and storytelling for social platforms.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be located within an 8 km radius of Velachery for ease of commuting.
