RoleAs the ER Executive - Payroll & HR Operations, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Lead - ER (R&D)
     The purpose of your role will be to manage monthly payroll processing by verification of data from the Attendance Management System and Leave Management System, including shifts and overtime management. Your role will be taking responsibility for preparing & implementing various human resource plans for staffing, establishment, policies, compliances, discipline & talent development for workmen, OD initiatives, welfare & engagement of plant personnel and ensuring to provide skilled workforce with required work culture along with adherence to the system.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
 Monthly end-to-end payroll processing including verification of in-punch and out-punch data.
 Preparation of different types of MIS on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
 Execution of Legal / Statutory compliances related to the maintenance of records and registers.
 Execution of Welfare Policies, Loan, Advance, Welfare fund, Mediclaim Assistance, Grievance & Queries resolution – Helpdesk for employees query resolution
 Time Office & Payroll Process/Monthly Billing, F&F of exits and retirees.
 Manage and update timely and accurate HR Ops inputs on System – SAP, Oracle, CWMS & LMS
The purpose of your role will be to manage monthly payroll processing by verifying data from the Attendance Management System and Leave Management System, including shifts and overtime management. This role also entails taking responsibility for preparing and implementing various human resource plans for staffing, establishment, policies, compliances, discipline, and talent development for workmen. Furthermore, it involves driving OD initiatives, welfare, and engagement of plant personnel, ensuring the provision of a skilled workforce with the required work culture and adherence to established systems.
Academic Qualification & ExperienceMBA in HR or equivalent
 Years of relevant experience, preferable in payroll management
Analytical Skills
     HRMS tools – SF, SAP
     MS Office, Advanced Excel
     HR Compliances
     Data management

     Good Interpersonal skills
