Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and programs in the factory.
  • Oversee factory quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues effectively.
  • Analyze quality metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and drive corrective actions.
  • Provide training and mentoring to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Participate in product development by advising on quality specifications.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards relevant to quality control.
  • Ensure effective communication of quality objectives across the organization.
  • Manage quality-related data to improve trends and forecast potential issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are received.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Experience with tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.
  • Experience in conducting trainings and workshops.
  • Proficient in using quality management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Willingness to travel if necessary.
  • Professional certifications such as CQE or CQM are a plus.
