Job Title: AR Executive - Voice process

Job Location: Mumbai.

Designation: AR Executive

Work Environment: Willing to work in night shifts and to be flexible basis US time zones.

Job Type: Full Time US Shift Process

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Except Engineering and Computers background)

Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Salary: 2.8 – 3.24 LPA (Based on years of experience it may vary)

Experience: 1+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an AR Executive - Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team. As an AR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with medical billing and revenue cycle management processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the US healthcare industry while developing your analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification

· Denial documentation and further action

· Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.

· Working on the outstanding claims reports/account receivable reports received from the client.

· Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.

· Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc.

· Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs and maintain individual daily logs

· Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.

· Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner.

· Punctuality is expected all the time.

Requirements

· Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office – Preparing spread sheets and documents.

· Good Communication skills – must be able to fluently converse in English.

· Must have a neutral accent.
