Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our e-commerce services.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable service packages.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
  • Convert qualified leads into clients and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Handle basic objections and queries from potential customers professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing domain.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
  • Ability to understand and explain digital/e-commerce concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., is preferred.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
