Role Overview

We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Accountant
to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting operations, and supporting day-to-day office administration. This role combines
financial management
with
back-office coordination
, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants as needed.

Back Office & Operations

  • Oversee office administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and record keeping for all departments.
  • Support procurement, vendor management, and coordination with site/project teams.
  • Assist senior management with reports, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within real estate, construction, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work independently.
