Role Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Reliever Driver to support our fleet operations across multiple locations. The role involves driving company vehicles as a reliever, assisting in vehicle maintenance, evaluating service quality, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicles as a reliever across designated locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
  • Advise on vehicle repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown handling.
  • Develop and maintain a network of reliable garages and service providers across locations.
  • Inspect vehicles and maintain an updated inventory of lab equipment/tools carried in the vehicle.
  • Conduct service evaluation from users, verify mileage, and assess vehicle maintenance quality.
  • Support audits of drivers, vehicles, and related operational activities.
  • Review and provide feedback on driver performance and assist in arranging backup drivers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and operational guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy.
  • Daily Allowance: ₹300/- per night for outstation duty (in addition to TA).
  • Accommodation and other expenses reimbursed as per company norms.

Requirements:

  • Valid commercial driving license with clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial/industrial driving.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at different locations.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
