Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and professional **Cab Driver** to operate a vehicle for **Ola and Uber services** in Pune city. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills a strong focus on safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations within Pune and surrounding areas.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

* Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

* Use the Ola and Uber apps efficiently for accepting rides, navigation, and payments.

* Follow all traffic laws and company policies.

* Keep accurate records of daily mileage, fuel usage, and trips.

* Handle passenger queries, complaints, or issues politely and effectively.

* Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor or vehicle owner.

Requirements:

* Valid Indian Driving License (LMV – Light Motor Vehicle).

* Minimum 2 years of driving experience (experience with Ola/Uber preferred).

* Good knowledge of Pune city routes, traffic rules, and landmarks.

* Clean driving record (no major traffic violations).

* Physically fit and able to work 10-hour shifts.

* Basic communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English.

* Must possess Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and other necessary documents for registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience as an Ola/Uber driver or taxi driver.

* Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and ride-hailing platforms.

* Courteous and professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
