Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to take Classes from IXth to XIIth standard as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over the English language with an ability to use creative teaching methodologies.

  • Teach English literature & grammar to students from Class IXth to Class XIIth.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines.
  • Effectively conveying information and ideas to students.
  • Maintain a structured and efficient classroom to facilitate learning.
  • Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
  • Guide students in developing reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
  • Foster a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
  • Provide academic support to students by taking remedial classes as per the requirement.
  • Maintain accurate records of students performance, attendance, and classroom activities.
  • Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and other co-curricular activities.
  • Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary and senior secondary level
  • Prior experience in reputed CBSE/ICSE Board schools is preferred.
  • Passionate about teaching and student development.
  • Candidates must relocate to Meerut or to a nearby location.
