We are looking for a full-time Industrial Designer
who can blend form, function, ergonomics, and engineering into defence-grade product solutions. This is
not decorative design
— this is real product design for real missions.

What You'll Be Doing

Industrial & Product Design

  • Lead concept development, 3D modelling, and ergonomic design for defence equipment and mission-critical systems.
  • Convert user research and functional requirements into manufacturable designs.
  • Work with materials, form language, durability constraints, and field-ready usability.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.


Interface & Interaction Design (UI/UX)

  • Contribute to UI/UX for mission-control interfaces, cockpit-style dashboards, and embedded systems.
  • Develop human-machine interaction models optimised for speed, clarity, and precision.


Visual & Communication Design

  • Produce product renders, presentations, and visual narratives that communicate design rationale.
  • Support in design reviews, prototyping documentation, photography, and visualization workflows.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in Industrial Design / Product Design.
  • Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and user-focused development approach.
  • Proficiency in
    SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino
    , or similar CAD tools.
  • Strong skills in
    rendering, prototyping, model-making, and form development
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, KeyShot, or Figma
    .
  • Good understanding of
    ergonomics, usability, and design for manufacturing (DFM)
    .
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and manage design-to-prototype cycles.
  • Portfolio-first approach

Bonus Skills:

  • Motion graphics, video editing, product visualization, or technical illustration.
  • Experience designing ruggedized, industrial, or mechanical products.
