Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  2. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  4. Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.

  5. Employee Relations:

  6. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.

  7. Manage disciplinary matters, including investigations, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

  9. Training and Development:

  10. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  11. Identify and address skills gaps within the organization.
  12. Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing support.

  13. Compensation and Benefits:

  14. Administer and update the company's compensation and benefits programs.

  15. Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
  16. Address compensation-related queries and issues.

  17. HR Policies and Compliance:

  18. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  19. Stay updated with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
  20. Understanding and implementation of POSH regulations.

  21. Performance Management:

  22. Oversee the performance appraisal process.

  23. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.

  24. Employee Engagement:

  25. Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and events.

  26. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
