About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Manager with 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience to lead our human resources operations in Seven Procure Faridabad. The ideal candidate will help shape our people strategy, drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support growth through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage performance management cycles: set KPIs/OKRs or KRAs, facilitate appraisals, feedback, performance improvement plans.
  • Handle employee relations: resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, promote positive employer‐employee relationships.
  • Support learning & development: identify training needs, organize internal/external training, coordinate professional development.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, leave management, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records & documentation.
  • Provide HR reporting & analytics: track HR metrics (attrition, hiring lead time, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local/state/federal employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    (Master's or HR specialization preferred but not mandatory)
  • 3‑4 years of proven experience in HR generalist/HR operations/HR manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Good exposure to training & development programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HRMS or HR software is a plus.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
