What you will do
Gain understanding of client's Revenue Cycle & Supply chain structureLink/Map items within each client files to FinThrive Best Practice catalogReview mapping and perform quality control analysis to ensure accurate mapping across all service areasProvide status updates to team members on daily stand-up callsCommunicate client issues to Team Lead and / or Manager Recommend applicable client and CMS changes to the Best Practice catalogComplete other assigned projects as requestedWhat you will bring
BA / BS or 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combinationHospital and / or professional experience of Medicare coding and billing guidelinesClinical experience in at least one of the following service areas: Ancillary / Nursing, Pharmacy, or SupplyAbility to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulationsStrong written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship skillsAbility to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality outputProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWhat we would like to see
Healthcare revenue cycle experienceKnowledge of CMS coding and billing guidelines, medical terminology, CPT / HCPCS, prospective payment systems, and applicable federal and local regulations Non CPC – Experienced candidate preferred having a good command on CPT/ HCPCS/ Supplies etc.Customer service experience experienceAbout FinThrive
