Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner with strong expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital transformation solutions. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between business goals and technology delivery, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including stakeholders, clients, and engineering—to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure impactful, timely, and customer-centric delivery.

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization, aligned with client needs and organizational strategy.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure the team delivers value consistently.

• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with user expectations.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring product goals are clearly understood and met.

• Conduct market and competitor research to drive product strategy and innovation.

• Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes when needed to support clarity around product functionality.

• Manage stakeholder communication, set priorities, and make data-driven decisions on trade-offs and scope.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.

• Continuously analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• 10 years of experience in a product ownership or hybrid product owner/business analyst role within a technology-driven environment.

• Proven success in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle in agile environments.

• Strong experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and deliverables.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; capable of balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

• Experience in enterprise-level projects involving cloud, AI/ML, or digital platforms is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user story mapping, MVP planning, and release strategies
