Position Description

This position will work directly with the Electrical team to program and rectify/service PLC

and Servo System Processing machines related to the pharmaceutical industry

● Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering Degree / Diploma holders with extensive

work on PLC programming / Servo System programming

● Position will work with wiring / electrical team to assist in PLC programming

Responsibilities

● PLC programming / HMI development and programming

● SERVO SYSTEM programming

● Functional Block development with control logic with Documentation

● Should be able to interface with USER teams and understand and document

their requirements

● Should be comfortable interacting with Allen Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens and

Schneider software developers

● Will need to visit customer sites during installation and service visits.

● Should have knowledge of wiring to guide in-house electrical team with wiring

● will need to be present on the shop-floor while programming and testing is taking

place

● May have to work (rarely) in evening hours to service our clients in USA and

EUROPE

● Work on design and engineering of new products / re-engineering of existing

products

● Work with R&D team to take trials on this prototype (including understanding

requirement needed for trials) and make reports as per trials conducted

● Customization of Products as per Clients requirements

● Interface with vendors for clarifications and doubts

● WORK AS A TEAM

Experience

● Experience in PLC programming, SCADA programming, HMI programming,

Servo system programming in preferably Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider

PLC systems.

● Candidates with background in relevant Industrial/production experience will be

given preference.

Skills / Competencies

● We use Allen Bradley, Siemens and Schneider architectures for our servo

systems and non-servo systems

● Communication in English, Hindi (Must) and Regional/local language

● Decision Making - Ownership

● Problem Analysis / Solving

● Results Driven

● Teamwork Orientation

● Managing communication between teams in disparate locations

Technical and Domain Skills

● Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering ( Degree or Diploma Holders ) with

extensive work on PLC programming / Servo system programming

● Base Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

● X – Factor — Most important - persons who are interested in working on the

shop floor, and with a hunger for innovation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
