PLC Programmer Job Description for SPM Automation*Key Responsibilities:*- Design, develop, and implement PLC controls and systems for SPM automation- Program, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and automation systems- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize and integrate machine functions- Perform on-site commissioning after project completion- Develop machine logic/programs in PLC, panel testing, PLC/O testing, and troubleshooting*Requirements:*- *Education:* Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field- *Experience:* 5- 6 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation- *Skills:* - *PLC Programming:* Proficiency in PLC programming languages like ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram - *Automation Systems:* Experience with automation systems, machine integration, and controls development - *Technical Skills:* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with CNC, VMC, and HMC machines - *Problem-Solving:* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - *Communication:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills*Preferred Qualifications:*- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen Bradley, or other PLC systems- Familiarity with SCADA systems and HMI programming- Experience in training or mentoring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
