About the Role

We're looking for a
versatile Project Manager
who can bridge the gap between clients, IT, design, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custom web portals, digital, event-tech, and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and deliver digital/event-tech/custom web development projects from start to finish.

● Conduct regular status meetings and track project progress against milestones.

● Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content, operations) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

● Maintain and update all project documentation, reports, and communication trails.

● Gather and define requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks for teams.

● Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks.

● Provide excellent client servicing, maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs.

● Prepare progress updates, timelines, and reports for management and clients.

Preferred Background

● 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a
tech or event-tech environment
.

● Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related fields
.

● Hands-on experience managing multiple digital/event-tech projects.

● Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.

Nice to Have

● Certification or online coursework in HTML, Python, Data Visualization, or Web Development (e.g., Kaggle, Webtek Labs).

● Understanding of API integration and tech documentation.

● Experience working on government/industry association projects

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

● Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a team-first approach.
