Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore (On-Site Only – No Virtual Interviews)

Visko Group is a dynamic and fast-growing organization specializing in HR solutions, recruitment services, and business consulting. We are expanding our Indore team and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can contribute to our growth by building strong business relationships and acquiring new clients within the job portal, consultancy, or ad-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring or advertising needs.
  • Generate leads, create proposals, and close business deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in job portals, consultancy, or ad-tech industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
