We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to join our automobile dealership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful vehicle sales.
- Provide detailed product information to customers and assist in vehicle selection.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to ensure maximum conversion.
- Build and maintain healthy customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financing, vehicle registration, and delivery.
- Maintain and update daily sales reports and customer databases.
- Participate in local promotional events or campaigns to boost brand presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automobile sales or field sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude.
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
- Knowledge of the local market (Khalilabad/Deoria) is a plus.
Minimum qualification: Graduation(Any)
