We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "figure it out" mentality to join our fast-
moving growth and revenue division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
performance marketing and team management, particularly within the D2C sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce D2C Specialist to drive growth and operational
excellence for our D2C business. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset,
expertise in ecommerce operations, and experience in performance marketing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and
retention Marketing for D2C brands.
• Manage and optimize the brand's ecommerce store, ensuring a seamless user experience and
conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Oversee product listings, merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive
sales.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize paid campaigns across Google,
Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Leverage SEO, email marketing, and retention strategies to enhance organic traffic and
customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Monitor and optimize contribution margins (CM2, CM3) by managing costs related to marketing,
logistics, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for pricing optimization, bundling, and upselling to maximize average
order value (AOV).
• Integrate omnichannel strategies, including retail partnerships and offline-to-online initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on key ecommerce KPIs, including revenue, traffic, conversion rate,
CAC, ROAS, AOV, and retention metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement
corrective actions.
• Present performance updates and growth plans to leadership teams.
Qualification & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in Growth & Strategy.
• Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation specializing in areas of marketing preferably from
premier institutes
Skill Sets required:
• Excellent communication skills: To devise & edit content for various digital platforms
• Must have Knowledge of SEM, SEO, Analytical Skills, Google Ad words, Google Analytics, FB ad
Manager.
• Experience in D2C ecommerce and/or handling performance marketing agencies will be a plus
