Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient EDP Executive (Computer Operator) to handle data entry, invoice generation, and reporting through the GAIL CRM Portal. The role involves daily coordination with the head office and ensuring timely submission of reports and documentation as per company and GAIL requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and upload invoices on the GAIL CRM portal accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update daily operational and sales reports as per prescribed formats.
  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with Head Office (Kanpur) and concerned teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries and documents.
  • Assist in maintaining records of dispatches, billing, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth data flow and reporting.
  • Support management in data analysis and report preparation when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
