**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient **EDP Executive (Computer Operator)** to handle data entry, invoice generation, and reporting through the **GAIL CRM Portal**. The role involves daily coordination with the head office and ensuring timely submission of reports and documentation as per company and GAIL requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and upload invoices on the **GAIL CRM portal** accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update daily operational and sales reports as per prescribed formats.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with **Head Office (Kanpur)** and concerned teams.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries and documents.
- Assist in maintaining records of dispatches, billing, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth data flow and reporting.
- Support management in data analysis and report preparation when required.

Pay: ₹10,272.40 - ₹22,000.00 per month
