Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Fashion Stylist and Creative Director to lead the styling and visual direction across all Studio 11 projects. This role demands a sharp fashion sensibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide teams through concept development, execution, and post-production. You'll be the creative anchor for our shoots—translating brand narratives into compelling visuals while mentoring stylists and collaborating with photographers, filmmakers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities Please Note: Prior experience in e-commerce fashion styling is mandatory.

  • Lead styling and creative direction across e-commerce, campaign, and fashion film shoots
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand identity and translate it into visual concepts
  • Develop mood boards, styling decks, and shoot treatments that reflect current trends and brand tone
  • Source and curate garments, accessories, and props aligned with the shoot's creative vision
  • Style models on set with precision, ensuring garments are showcased to their full potential
  • Supervise wardrobe fittings and make necessary adjustments for fit, silhouette, and impact
  • Guide hair and makeup teams to ensure cohesive styling across all visual assets
  • Provide real-time image selections during shoots and coordinate with the edit team for post-production
  • Offer creative direction during shoots, working closely with photographers and videographers to elevate output
  • Lead and mentor junior stylists and assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance styling team
  • Review and approve final edits, especially for campaign and fashion film content
  • Maintain styling budgets, timelines, and shoot schedules with precision
  • Ensure all styling decisions reflect the brand's identity while pushing creative boundaries

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion styling and creative direction
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce styling and campaign-level visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, silhouettes, textures, and brand language
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing styling and creative direction across e-com, editorial, and campaign formats
