Job Description 1: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers can apply
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication (verbal & written) required
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Work Type: Full-time, Office-based

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and clarity.
  • Provide product or service-related information as per process requirements.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Achieve performance metrics like call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT score.
  • Work in collaboration with team leads to improve customer satisfaction.
